Hi-Tec is a wonderful privately owed company. They employ custodians and are very generous. As a manager what I like best is that I am not micro managed. My peers are there for my support, I have never felt underappreciated or belittled. I have been treated with respect and also respect my employees as well. Never lose site of where we have come from.
