Duties

This Job may require 100 miles plus, of travel per day. MUST BE FLEXIABLE! Where: Grand Rapids, Mi and Surrounding areas Shift: Varies/On call Days: Varies Up to $23/hour Tasks: but not limited to (jack of all trades)

  • Sanitizing surfaces to ensure a healthy germ-free environment
· In depth cleaning of common areas and restrooms · Provide regular floor care· Ensure windows have a streak-free sparkling shine · Removing Garbage (Lifting 40-50lbs) · Ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well stocked with necessary products
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed in allotted amount of time, and exceeds expectations
  • Road Clean Up, April-Nov.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to drive a truck with a trailer
  • Must pass a background Check, fingerprinting and Motor vehicle report
  • Reliable attendance, and transportation
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 40-50lbs
  • Understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
