Duties
Where: Jenison, Mi Shift: Full Time Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm
- Manage, submit and follow up on workman's comp
- Manage all leaves of absence including FMLA, Bereavement, and Unpaid time off
- Offsite safety
- Provide Tech assistance
- Travel This position requires some traveling by car within your designated territory as needed or directed by the General Manager. This territory includes all of the areas we service in Michigan. You will track all work-related miles and submit for mileage reimbursement. This requires own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, valid car insurance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Successfully pass background check, and MVR
- Must possess effective communication skills including (Both verbally and written)
- Proven knowledge of technology
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Computers, Cell phones, and learning new software
- Plenty of experience with Excel
- General HR knowledge
- MiOsha Background
- Good time-management skills and able to prioritize tasks in a logical manner
- Provide exception customer service to clients, staff and other internal/external personal
- Show positive attitude when faced with difficult challenges
- Strong work ethic, good listener with great people skills equals success in this role
