Duties

Stable, Secure, Essential Employment $15 per hour Custodian/Cleaner: Grand Rapids Where: Grand Rapids Shift:       . Part Time House Keeping 1st Shift 7am-3pm (Every other weekend) . Full Time Housekeeping 1st Shift 7am-3pm Monday-Friday and Every other weekend . Full Time Housekeeping/Floor care 2nd shift 3pm-11pm, Sunday-Thursday   Day-to-Day Responsibilities- included but not limited to! · Sanitizing surfaces to ensure a healthy germ-free environment · In depth cleaning of common areas and restrooms · Provide regular floor care · Ensuring proper care of equipment pre/post use · Ensure windows have a streak-free sparkling shine · Removing Garbage (Lifting 40-50lbs) · Ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well stocked with necessary products · Ensuring all tasks are completed in allotted amount of time, and exceeds expectations

Requirements

What it takes to be a Cleaner at Hi-Tec: · Must be at least 18 years of age · Pass criminal background check, Fingerprints and Drug screen · Reliable attendance · Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 50lbs · Understanding and executing verbal and written instructions · Ability to work independently as well as within a group setting · Take pride in your work and be respectful of others. A strong sense of personal responsibility

· Adhere to strict compliance with safety requirements including adherence to all Covid requirements and restrictions
Covid-19 Precautions: Hi-Tec takes strict precautions as directed by the CDC to minimize the risk of exposure to our staff. All employees are provided proper PPE including gloves, face masks and shields as required, safety glasses and daily screening at beginning of shift. We require that 6 feet of social distancing be observed at all times among all staff and customers in common areas.
