Duties
Where: Grand Rapids, Mi and Surrounding areas Shift: Varies Up to $20/hr Tasks
- Utilze floor care equipment
- Strip and wax for various floor types
- Clean and extract carpets
- Power washing and deep scrubs
- Perform housekeeping duties when needed
- Wash windows
- Detail cleaning
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess
- Proven floor care experience (Burnishing,stripping,waxing and carpet care)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility (days, evenings, and on call emergencies)
- Must pass background check and motor vehicle report
- Report to Operations Manager daily
- Be able to complete routine, specialized, and emergency services at multiple client sites with various hours
- Help with housekeeping duties as needed per operations manager
- Have the ability to adapt to an ever changing schedule
