Assistant Janitorial Manager - Marshall, Mi
Up to $18/hr Marshall, Mi
Full-time 2:30pm-11pm M-F Some weekends
Duties
Where: Marshall, MI Shift: Full Time 2:30pm-11pm Monday - Friday, some weekends Day-to-Day Responsibilities- included but not limited to!
- Assisting manager with duties
- Cleaning at open positions
- Sanitizing surfaces to ensure a healthy germ-free environment
- In depth cleaning of common areas and restrooms
- Provide regular floor care
- Ensuring proper care of equipment pre/post use
- Ensure windows have a streak-free sparkling shine
- Removing Garbage (Lifting 40-50lbs)
- Run Floor Machines
- Ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well stocked with necessary products
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in allotted amount of time, and exceeds expectations
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have previous Manager/Supervisor preferably in the janitorial field
- Pass criminal background check and Fingerprints
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 40-50lbs
- Understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as within a group setting
- Take pride in your work and be respectful of others. A strong sense of personal responsibility
